Water Mania
This conveniently located 36-acre water park offers a variety of aquatic thrill rides and attractions. You can boogie-board or bodysurf in continuous-wave pools, float lazily along an 850-foot river, enjoy a white-water tubing adventure, or plummet down spiraling water slides and steep flumes. Or dare to ride the Abyss, an enclosed tube slide that corkscrews through 300 feet of darkness, exiting into a splash pool. There's a rain forest-themed water playground for children. A miniature golf course and wooded picnic area--with arcade games, a beach, and volleyball--adjoin. Water Mania, smaller than many similar parks, lives up to its billing as being family-friendly. There are lots of opportunities for smaller children, and there tend to be fewer rowdy teenagers and young adults than at parks such as Wet 'n' Wild. You can take in coolers, but glass bottles and alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
